Every consultation starts with your story: symptoms, history, medication and lifestyle. We then perform the relevant clinical examination — vitals, chest, abdomen, ears, throat or skin — before explaining what we find.
Diagnosis and treatment
Where needed we do on-site testing, prescribe medication, dress wounds, or arrange bloods and imaging. You leave knowing what is wrong, what we are doing about it, and when to come back.
Referrals when required
If your condition needs specialist input, we refer you to a trusted network and share a clear clinical summary so nothing gets repeated unnecessarily.
